Concept Flooring carries the largest and most comprehensive display of Karndean Flooring. Our recently refurbished showroom has a newly installed Karndean Platinum Design studio where we are pleased to offer our customers a design table and unique play table service which allows our customers to select the colours, strips and border they like. The table also allows you to see various designs and our experienced staff are oh hand to offer the best suggestions which work for you – before you finalise your decision.

Our fitters are a team of Karndean and NVQ qualified installers who will offer friendly advice even on installation day about direction and design

All of our installations come with a unique transferable Karndean Guarantee certificate. This guarantee is linked to the installation of the product, to ensure:

  1. The floor been prepared properly with either a good quality latex at a minimum 3mm thick coat
  2. The correct primer been used prior to the latexing
  3. A good quality 6mm plywood has been used
  4. Use of the correct adhesive applied in the correct way
  5. The sub floor has been checked for moisture

Our trained staff are happy to explain these details in store, on a home survey or by phone.We complete a site survey to help with design and general guidance. This ensures we carry out a the correct installation procedure

We offer all Karndean care products to help maintain your new Karndean floor from cleaners and seals to felt pads for furniture feet.
